Order process for
a Portrait urn / Secret Jewel

The Portrait urn is available in three sizes:

27.5 centimeters / 11 inch – € 1250 / $ 1,304

17.5 centimeters / 7 inch – € 995 / $ 1,038

7,5 centimeters / 3 inch – € 575 / $ 600

The above prices are for a Portrait urn with one of the 5 standard colors.

The Secret Jewel is available in one size:

1.8 centimeters / 0.7 inch – € 299 / $ 312

In Sterling Silver.

The 10 steps:

1. invullen

Enter your desired size, color and the amount of Portrait urns you would like to order on the order form. Please also provide special dates such as anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

2. fotos

Attach side-profile pictures and/or videos to the order form. Please send in high resolution via WeTransfer to info@portreturn.nl.

3. deelfactuur

You will receive a partial invoice of 50% of the total amount. This needs to be paid in advance.

4. contour tekening

Based on the pictures/videos you provided, we will make facial-profile sketches and send them to you by email.
Take your time to decide in which sketch you recognize your loved one the most. We can still adjust the sketches if necessary.

5. akkoord

Once we get approval from you on the sketches, we will start making the Portrait urn/Secret Jewel.

6. maakproces

During the creation process we will provide you with pictures. This way you will stay informed on the current state of your order.

7. werkzaamheden

In our atelier we will pour, grind, refill, sand and color until the urn is ready.

8. eindfactuur

Just before sending you your urn we will send the final invoice of the remaining 50%.

9. verzending

We will package everything carefully and make sure your urn arrives safely. We will email you a track-and-trace code.

10. met liefde

Despite your grief we hope you will receive your package with love.

    Special design
    For a surcharge we can paint the Portrait urn in a special design of your choosing.
    After we receive your design, we will provide you with a quotation of the surcharge.
    If you wish to order a Portrait urn with a special design, please leave a comment in the “Remarks and/or special wishes” section of the order form.
